Providing 1st and 2nd line support to around 200 staff and 1334
students.
Liaising with external suppliers and reporting faults to service
providers.
Maintaining Audio Visual equipment.
Capturing computer images and re-image computers using MDT via
different media such as PXE boot, USB and discs across the school
as agreed by the ICT Manager.
Assisting with the upkeep of the hardware inventory and security
marking of all IT equipment.
Migrating school computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
Office 365 Admin Centre: managing users, assigning licenses,
creating distribution and mail-enabled security groups and
resetting passwords to users in 365 Admin Center.
Setting up AV equipment for clients.
Supporting and managing the inventory and assets tagging of 400+
devices.
Building and deploying workstations using SCCM and MDT.
