• Capturing computer images and re-image computers using MDT via different media such as PXE boot, USB and discs across the school as agreed by the ICT Manager.
• Assisting with the upkeep of the hardware inventory and security marking of all IT equipment.
• Migrating school computers from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
• Office 365 Admin Centre: managing users, assigning licenses, creating distribution and mail-enabled security groups and resetting passwords to users in 365 Admin Center.
• Setting up AV equipment for clients.
• Supporting and managing the inventory and assets tagging of 400+ devices.
• Building and deploying workstations using SCCM and MDT.
